since nobody made a mass effect texture pack i decided to make my own, but i only adjusted the mobs and i am not a great artist but i sure hope you like it and if there is anyone who wants to help make it look better, you're always welcome, i do not own mass effect or minecraft but i like to play bot of 'em. yay!
