Changed a bit of some textures:

-Changed the diamond to looks like actual diamond instead of an egg, who made this diamond egg anyway?

-Changed the emerald block, now without those weird squares inside, I first saw it in a YT video, but they didn't shows us the texture pack download, and I couldn't find it anywhere

-Changed the blue ice to be more saturated

-Changed the end rod to matches pre 1.14

-Changed the magma cream so it didn't has those slime parts. It didn't make sense to me when there's overworld slime contained in a monster made out of magma.

-Added flowers to vines

-Changed the observer so it's now more clear of which way it's pointing, also replaced the weird face with a more logical detector

-Removed the creepiness of soul sand

-As a request by a friend, the stripped acacia log is changed to has a slightly reddish side
