REQUIRES OPTIFINE
does not change vanilla textures, adds new textures using CTM overlay
to get the new blocks, place in this pattern:
end stone = #
blocks indicated below = *

# * #
# # #
1. chiseled stone bricks = chiseled end stone bricks
2. spruce log = end stone pillar (vertical)
3. dark oak log = end stone pillar (horizontal)
*using logs because end cities use purpur pillars next to end stone bricks
