hi, I will try to port this pack to Bedrock soon, as i wrote in More Fungi.
But it's longer process for me, so I don't know when it will be available :/

Great resource pack! But for some reason it's not showing up in the resource pack menu in Minecraft. Am I doing something wrong?

Probably you didn't unzip folder ;) In big, zipped folder you have two versions of this pack, so game can't show it
