Basalt, Netherack, Lava, these were the ingredients to make the perfect texture pack, but professor Sockstar accidentally added an extra ingredient into the concoction...
Goats...

Thus, the Nether Goat was born!



Silly intro aside, the only thing that this texture pack changes is goats and goat horns, it's not very large or grand, it's just a goat texture pack. Just a little spice for your world kind of pack.

This pack will probably work on any version past 1.19, though I have not tested it yet so take this with a grain of salt.
