I tried it out but it doesn't look finished to me. Other than a few slight alterations in the trees and menu, I might as well play with the default texture pack. As stylized as Okami is this doesn't take advantage of its full potential.

I fully agree with you. What's done looks done well, but there's a lot more that could be done to make this texture pack pretty epic.

This is a texture pack that shows a lot of potential, I'd suggest that you tried to also alter the terrain textures.
