i think originally, the beacon had an obsidian bottom, glass around, and some sort of yellow end crystal thing in the middle. Is that possible, too?

i think you can do it with optifine but i have no knowledge on optifine texture packs

If I remember correctly, the first beacon beam didn't have a texture but rather worked directly with lightning. I'll try to find out any potential texture though.

I know how the 3rd beacon beam texture looks like and this texture pack replicates the third beacon texture.
