As stated by the original creator, Mechasolaris on their original 1.16.5 version they have given me permission to update the texture pack as it states on the original upload "If anyone wants to take this pack and improve or update it for future versions, you can do that" and have given me permission on their YouTube channel.
This pack somewhat has SPOILERS for OMORI to be advised.
NOTES: For some reason the camel texture wasn't working when it was put into the main texture pack so the camel texture had to be separated with another texture pack for it to work so when using the pack have both enabled. I recommend using this pack with Optifine 1.20 as the pack also changes stuff like the Mojang logo.
Overview
This is a fan-made texture pack intended to be faithful to the look of the RPG horror game: "OMORI".
Some textures were made with survival intuitiveness in mind while others, especially blocks, were chosen for creative variety so it may be a little inconsistent and throw off the typical Minecraft color palette.
The pallete is mostly pastel except for some blocks.
Special Changes
-There are a lot of animated textures that in vanilla are not animated.
-Some textures that get random orientations like Stone and Netherrack have been modified to only face one way so as to tile better.
-Spruce/Birch leaves and crops have slight model changes to remove tinting.
-Sculk related blocks are 64x for more detail.
-Some Mobs and Item names are renamed.
-Some Death messages are renamed.
Audio
-The Bell has been replaced with an Air horn. Makes everyone angry.
-EXP sound has been changed to a unique Xylophone sound along with the Level Up jingle being made to sound more like the OMORI quest jingle.
-The "Stare" sound effect from Endermen was replaced with the sound of something.
-The Warden and Enderdragon sounds have been entirely changed.
-Sculk sound changed.
-Villagers now play Sproutmole sounds.
-Ghasts now have a different fireball shooting sound.
-Music Discs are now CDs from FARAWAY TOWN, Relic has been changed to Recycling is a Concept, 5 changed to Bad Morning, and Stal changed to I Want Nothing More.
-Credits music has been changed to the following songs, Good Morning (Syncs to the End Poem), Remember Me, 2014 Stardust Diving, 2014 Puddles, and INKO's theme.
