Dude that shading is how it looked originally, I copied it color for color. Also yeah, the pixel I didn't see at first. lol to late now

They aren't. The golden apples looked like that compared to normal apples in the OG days, that I know of.

no not for 1.8, I remade the textures from the original update they had been added from. Also that's the place I entered it in, It isn't a 1.8 texture pack though.Iit just counts as a entry because it was in 1.8

i'm pretty sure this infdev version is as closest to the original update as possible (screenshot)
it has the 4 pixel stem as well
