Link is fine, but there is another problem. RP doesn't show ingame, because assets folder is in another folder 'Randomly Rotating Flower Pots'. So for working you need to unzip that folder, or move assets, pack.mcmeta and pack.png to main zip.

Yes, that's intentional so you don't have the ".zip" at the end of the name in-game. You just need to drag the folder inside the zip file into your resourcepack folder instead of the zip file. What you did also works tho :)
