First of all make sure it's in the resource packs folder in minecraft. Which you can get to by clicking the 'resource packs' button in the settings and there should be a button to open your resource pack folder.

If the file IS in the folder already make sure it's enabled inside of minecraft.

Also make sure you're in the correct version,
this resource pack is for 1.21.5 java edition so it may not work if you're in a different one.

If none of this worked I'd recommend looking up the specific issue, or using tutorial under the download button.

sorry. turns out i formatted something wrong with the .zip file. you should be able to fix your issue by redownloading it.
