This pack makes the boats and rafts rock while in water, but will stop rocking when on land or being occupied.
Optifine is required (or some sort of CEM mod)
Credit to Kreazive for making the original pack. I sent them a Blockbench file to update their pack a while ago but never got a response. So I'm posting my updated version of the pack to here. I added the chest boats; made the boats move less and stop rocking when being ridden.
Works with any texture pack (that doesn't use a custom boat model)
