This Makes The Xp Bar Blue and Made of Runes(SGA). It Also Makes the Xp in The Enchantment Table Gui Blue(by Kulhat), Xp Bottle Blue(Modified, Kulhat), and if You Have Optifine, it Also Makes The Orbs Themselves and The Xp Bar Number Blue. Blue.

Its for 1.20.1, but also has the files for 1.20.6+. works in both, tested
