I cant i think thats copyright?

heres how to get them through
get winrar (google winrar)

then open your start menu and type &appdata%

goto .minecraft then versions

then the version you want the textures for.

open the jar in winrar

copy pack.MCMETA and pack.png and the assets folder to a folder on your desktop

then edit using your image editing program (i use paint..net with the grid addon)

Make a copy of the .jar and make it aa folder. (Get Info and remove the .jar). Then get the files he told you to.
To get to the minecraft folder, user/libraries/application support/.minecraft/versions/1.6.4

I use the program Seashore. Not for the one I have already made, simple pixels. I am making another called Swift, which looks much better.

Hate to break it to you, this pack isn't likely to get you far. Simplifying the default texture pack has been done a million times before, as it requires much less effort than creating your own pack from scratch. I know this is probably your first texture pack, but if you want people to download and use your packs, make something original.

Agreed. You may look at my Simple Pixels texture pack and be all like, oh yours is worse bla bla bla. But I'm making a new one currently. It doesn't matter if it is animated, the textures still have to have shading and stuff. This looks like you didn't put any effort in.

I plan on animating specified blocks so this pack will be unique in its own way and will stand out give it time However water and lava may not be animated for simplistic feel but if you want it animating let me know blocks i plane to animate
