This texture pack replaces the redstone torch with a glowstick, and the torch with a flashlight. This is meant to be used with this mod here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/dynamic-lights
It can also be used with Optifine, by turning on the Dynamic Lights option.
Another thing to keep in mind is that I do not plan on updating this to later versions of Minecraft. This is a strictly 1.12.2 pack, which I'm planning on updating with some more stuff in the future.
Also, the model for when the "glowstick" itself is placed down is just a redstone torch. The same goes for the "flashlight."

-Added flashlight(replaces torch).
-Changed the names so they correspond with the item. For example, when you equip the glowstick, it will actually say "Glowstick" instead of "Redstone Torch".
