I disliked the ugly squidward looking npc's so I created my own normal looking faces.
The noses are completely removed. I also moved their face up considerably and removed the unibrow as well as added hair.
I left the bodies essentially completely the same.
I've also included my psd so you can expand or change my work easily.

Hey, how do I use this with 1.7.2? I replaced the appropriate files with this one, but when I go to play the game, they revert back. I have used this mod before with other versions, but now I'm totes confused, is there a way to prevent resynchronizing? Also, the priest's filename is spelled wrong, adn that will drive you crazy until you figure it out, why you have black and purple dudes running around. But I really like these skins, I just wish this actually worked like a resource pack, I drag and drop it into resource pack folder also, and nothing happens.
