This works with Optifine, if you have ever download Optifine ... this is exactly the same. Click the link, look at the top right, wait 5 seconds, click the link, your download is ready, and download. Just tested it a second ago. It is bigger than PMC allows.

Also, it is difficult to reduce the size without reducing the quality.
