How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

This resoursepack only changes the three base stair block models. The "overhang" is on purpose. It is for roofing. stairs_outer looks a little weird, but I do not currently know how to fix this without removing the overhang. This pack changes upside down stairs as well.

Please report any problems with the resoursepack.
