This started as a simple elytra reskin to make it look like Spamton NEO's wings, but I got a bit carried away with extra details. It now replaces the splashes as well, now they're all quotes from Spamton or flavor text from his battles. And I replaced the menu, Nether, and End soundtracks with songs from Deltarune, which of course includes replacing the Ender Dragon's existing boss theme with BIG SHOT. I had to restrain myself from adding more content to this, as I was turning what should have been a quick one-off texture into a big project, something that I don't really have time for now. This was tested in 1.16.5. I might add more to this later on, but for now I really need to stop myself, I have been spending way longer on this than I should have.

Made the sprinkles on the cake blue, replaced 3 of the small paintings with pictures of Spamton, and edited the .mcmeta file so the game actually recognizes it as a 1.16.5 resource pack. Changed folder names accordingly.
