Do you want to add a little sting to your vanilla gameplay?

Introducing Stingrays!
This pack adds a special variant of dolphins that includes custom models, textures, and animation!


Stingrays have a 15% chance of spawning naturally in place of dolphins
Or they can appear by simply naming a dolphin "stingray" with a nametag

Installation:
1. Install OptiFine
2. Download this pack!
3. Put it in your resourcepacks folder
4. Enable it
5. Enjoy!


Please note this pack does require OptiFine



Be sure to download the latest version of OptiFine (for your respective version) for the highest chances compatibility

A manta ray would be more appropriate because they actually swim out in the open ocean and jump out of the water while most regular stingrays feed on the bottom

Once 1.15.2 OptiFine fully releases, it will be compatible there. Custom entities are broken in the current preview release

how do you make it a 15% chance? been really wanting to make the mobs from the old mob vote into rarer version of certain mobs.

Is is it possible, or some way i can use that model as a phantom if it's ok for you? I love that model and would love to use it in me and my friends pack. Minecraft4kids: Genesis?
