No you're not crazy, I understand what you mean. I myself find that I often am bothered by some of he textures, but it's the style of the pack. Most of the blocks I've done so far are the "easier ones" the ones that don't need to be super detailed and focused. When I get around to working on things like cobblestone or wooden planks. It's not really a simple pack, but in the styling of what I call TBN because it's got quite a different feel from many simple texture packs. Thanks for the comment though much appreciated.
