this texture update fix is for bedrock original is java

I changed textures that were not changed in 1.14 texture update nor mojang fixed them in future updates

textures change list - steve, alex, creeper, end crystal also fixed piglin textures skeleton horse saddles

if there are more textures that were not changed pls comment i will try to fix them too
this pack was denied on mcpedl

Mcpedl is really picky. If you keep trying they might let it through. PMC is great, but has no way to prevent bad or joke packs from getting added.

They did that to me. It makes sense, but I had a screenshot. If you have done everything right and are still having issues, just contact their support, they are really helpful.
