The Tiny Totem Texture Pack makes the Totem of Undying smaller when you hold it in your hand. That way it does not block you view so much. A simple scaled down 3D Model of the Totem of Undying is used to make the Totem small, without losing the original 16x16 Texture of the Totem of Undying. You can edit the scale values in the .json file to set it to the size you like.
