I have that gold cape on my old xbox live account but it was called the character creator cape it was a special cape or something for the release of character creator last I remember.

there is a problem, using carved pumpkins as a cape makes the cape noclip through the player when you look up so you should use somehing different

It's impossible. Optifine does not support custom models for armor, only textures(pumpkin is an exception, because it is a block)
