I found a village on my server and the first thing I thought was: Wow, that villagers are eeeehhh... kinda strange.

So I changed their skin and now they look more like steve.

you can download my villagers i fixed them so they look better so look at it and it can help you figure out where the parts of the characters go and what parts to delete it will make the skins alot better but dont copy things on my villagers just look at it and use it as a step by step thing
