Hello, after the moss carpet entered the game I wanted to tweak the others to be more useful and aesthetic.

I find them useful for: Hiding light-sources, roads and paths, floors, mobprofing, decoration, double-carpet-trick, decoration, tables, terraforming and detailing.

The new carpets are using textures from vanilla blocks but will adapt if you are using other resource-packs. No Optifine needed.The recipes are the same as vanilla, however if requested i could make this part of a small datapack with balanced recipes for a more natural crafting.

I tried to make the colors and changes as intuitive as possible:

This is my first upload but far from my first creation, I will be preparing more of my packs too share in the near future. Taking pictures of the textures is new for me and I will try to make them more appealing next time. Feedback is always welcome. Note that my first language isn't English and feel free to ask if something is confusing.

Is there any way you can change one of them into hay texture?? I'd love to give thatch roofs more detail!

That is a great idea! currently I'm working on themed packs with carpets, in the 'natural carpets' hay would be great! are you thinking of the side with bands or the top/bottom side?

you should make the purple carpet grass carpet cuz u have dirt but not grass.

I will think about it, would want to keep the colors as close as possible, and grass is also originally a black and white texture which complicates it a bit :)
