so we take like a diamond sword right and rename it to Bloodscythe or ending ice or ending will it work on Tlauncher?

yes it does, did u turn on custom items? u need optifine/cit resewn (if u use some custom launcher like "feather" they modified their Optifine and CIT doesnt work because of that)
