I changed the diamond to green (as it originally was in my older texture pack 3 years earlier)
I changed the dyes to an ink sack kind of texture, i think they look preety cool.
I changed the exp potion so that it fits more into the world of minecraft,
changed the book, the book and quill, flint and steel ( its basicly just a flint next to an iron ingot :D)
dragon's breath more purpleish, added a plus little piece to the stick, another layer of shader to the golden apple.
Changed lapis to an ingot form, changed emerald to orange
changed the beacon to yellow so that it more resembles the original nether star's inner yellow
changed glowstone, ores and the blocks of the diamond, lapis, emerald,

changed gui of beacon, anvil, enchanting table just a tiny bit so that you can see broken down lapis and diamond when you acces it
