Yeah, many mod or texture creators use adfly, which became a pain in the butt on recent days. If you allow ads, awkward notifications will start poping up from bottom (you need to block it through browser settings if you want to stop these pop ups). Moreover, ad block doesn't help blocking, actually it's useless at this point, so you need to turn it off. I suggest using other ad earning platform.

Another pack that demands I subject my computer to malware to download it. Stop using adfly. There are alternatives without the malware.
