Hey there.
I made a backport of the new textures from Village & Pillage for Beta 1.7. It's a complete port that includes some modifications to keep the beta style. There are also a few added splashes should you install this texture pack as a jarmod, though I don't recommend it.
Modified items:
- Leather armor does not have a leather brown overlay - unnecessary as all of it is already brown.
- Added the quiver texture in Village & Pillage style
- Cooked porkchop uses the new cooked beef texture
- Removed the oar from the boat icon
- Cod is teal as generic fish used to be
- Added a bed icon in Village & Pillage style
- Water and lava textures were smoothened
- Punched the snout on the pig back into its face
- Goatee Steve in Village & Piston style
- Creeper's palette was smoothened a little - still resembles very well the vanilla creeper.

If you're using MultiMC, you can also install the texture pack as a jar mod.
You should copy it into the "texturepacks" folder, and not "resourcepacks". You don't need to unzip the file, you should just copy it.
Also, this texture pack is for version Beta 1.7.3, it won't work with newer versions.
