There is such thing as ENOUGH.

Too much of something in life is never good.

If you have too many blood cells in your body, you can become very sick. If you have too many capsules of medicine at once, you could put yourself in danger. There is always such thing as enough - if there weren't, the world would sink into chaos and none of us would ever know when and where to stop - to just stop and finish and begin once more, anew. We would never know when and how to forgive and forget or when to give up.

There is also such thing as ENOUGH GAMING.

If you game too much, you could hurt yourself.

You could ruin your sleeping pattern if you stay up all night playing Minecraft or browsing Steam. You could damage your eyes from staring at a bright screen for hours and get glasses or contacts. If you spend too much time with your games, you might get distracted from other, more important things like education or employment. By doing this, you could hurt yourself in a differently interpreted way.

Gaming can also HELP YOU.

Depending on your situation, gaming could assist you.

There is an article called Gaming her brain about a girl with Tourette syndrome that turned to gaming to calm the tics in her brain. In this case, gaming could help push you through hard times. Your problem doesn't have to be as serious, either - you might be having a bad day and want to get your mind off of things, so you could seek a favorite video game as refuge.

But gaming can't ALWAYS BE YOUR REFUGE.

You can't seek gaming as refuge for everything.

Sometimes, you just need to vent - you need to talk it out to someone, anyone, who will listen to you and understand what is going on. You can't always head into a virtual world and pretend everything will be alright, because life, in reality, isn't going to turn itself around with one little mouse click. Go out into this beautiful planet, find someone close who will power through with you, and work through it together.

Comment how you've GAMED YOUR BRAIN.

Have you ever gone too far? Has gaming been good to you?

Believe it or not, you can game your brain, too. Gaming can plug itself into you and become a part of you if you stick with it for a while. Have you ever gamed too much? Have you stayed up all night playing games on Steam? Is gaming a close refuge for your own personal problems? Feel free to vent in the comments about your gaming experiences and I will blog you next time.

Brought to you by Infini Garde

My intention by blogging on PMC is to bring inspiration to aspiration.

I write not only to be writing, but to become a better person, find out who I am, and help others do the same as well. If I help you down the right path, please give me feedback - perhaps a Diamond, Favorite, Subscribe or Comment - if not anything at all. I'm appreciative of every form of advice towards my writing. I'm trying to step out of the shadows and come out to you all, but that'll take ten times more effort if I do it alone.
