It depends on the server's policy :). You can ask the server's owners or admins since they are the ones that decide which mods are acceptable and which aren't.

My game cashes also when I turn on zombie and spider animations. This is version 1.8.

Try to go into the Mo' Bends Menu (Press the 'G' key on your keyboard), then go into the 'Player' section, it should be listed on the left. A panel will pop-up from the right showing your avatar, and there will be a button under your avatar, which you can toggle to show the animations :). You can do that for all the mobs, just go into THEIR sections.

This is currently a bug that I am dealing with, but it will be fixed in the 1.9 release :).

Hi there Bob.

Firstly, it's great you're still replying to people who play your mod. Especially when it's.. How old is it again? I give up thinking. Been a long time I guess.

Anyway, I use Mo Bends on 1.8 and I've had this problem for ages. I recently discovered that you're frequently on this site and was wondering if you could launch an update for 1.8 fixing this, as it annoys the hell out of me (possibly? Please?... xD)

This is the problem. You can see I am in inventory mode and I used the Gyazo gif tool to help me out.

Hi,
i love your mod. i used it in my 1.7.10 forge profile, however once i upgraded forge to 1.8, i cant seem to get the mo bends 1.8 version to work. Do i need anything besides the render API mod along side? Both Mo-Bends and Render API show up in my mods list, but when i start playing, none of the beautiful animations work, and the game crashes after making too many splashes in the water, (weird right?). My computer is kind of unique so ill save you the hassle by not telling you my specs and what not and just trust me when i say that minecraft, forge, java, my computer drivers and everything else are up to date. If you've herd of anything like this, let me know so I'm headed in the right direction :)

This happens a lot actually :). The only thing you need to do, is to go into the Mo' Bends Menu (Press 'G' on your keyboard), and go into each section, one for the Player, one for the Zombie and one for the Spider, and turn the switches on under their respective avatars :).

Hello, I'm here reporting a bug that happens with your mod on servers.
(Note that the server isn't modded in anyway)

Whenever I was in Mob arena or normal survival I was always having a freezing problem where the spider would freeze my game until I died.
The game didn't crash, I wasn't trapped in place. I was just frozen couldn't move, couldn't look around, ect.

I don't know if this is an error on my side or the mod but I do know it resolved after reverting to unmodded client.

I'm having an issue when I use this mod and the morph mod, whenever a try to turn into another mob using the morph mod i get this crash. Any idea?

It looks like both the render player api and Mo bend's mod are both trying to "morph" or change the players model. I might be wrong, but, unless its fixable, just try a newer version of Forge and both mods, maybe its fixed for the 1.8 version?

I wanna use the modpack but i dont know what update it is for... you might have said but i'ma  derp so... xP i dunno... anyway, i'm using it on 1.8, with 1.8 forge.. but the animations just are not working! whats wrong xD It must just be me being an idiot.... but i would like to use it, i've tried using it on my friends multyplayer smp and on my supper flat world, (also dont mind my picture... it was a prank from a friend when she got a hold of my laptop at school... and i've just been to lazy to change it xD ) so yeah x3 I hope you answer!

There is a common bug in the mod, where if you've never had the mod installed before, the animations are default turned off. You can turn them on if you go into the Mo' Bends menu pressing 'G' on your keyboard, and going into Player and Zombie and Spider, then turning their switches on under their portraits :). Hope that helped ;).

For the Spider and Zombie to work however, you'll have to restart to see the changes, keep that in mind :).

Hello is there anyway i can just have the zombie animations? The player animations are causing some bugs for me so i wanted to use animationapi but i still want to keep the zombie animations.

Is 1.7.10 compatible with 1.8? And i need some help on installing though. i downloaded a pack but when i open the folder there is only a paper that says"Acrobatics!.bends"

Hey Gob, I have a suggestion for the mod. Would it be possible to add a falling animation? So the player would look like he is free-falling? Would make the character look badass. Unless ofcourse creatable falling animations are possible.

Since I've been playing vanilla on a server for a while now, I have only been using client side quality of life and aestheic mods (in 1.8.8), so I would really like a 1.8.8 version soon for this great mod :)
Even though I do not know how to mod, I don't think It would be that hard since it is in the same main release, but as I said, I don't know.
