Fact 1: Tornadoes inside are warm and cold, this is because when tornadoes form, the warm air and cold air clashes - or chases eachother if you like -
Fact 2: There is a place called torando alley, these include Kansas, Oklahoma, Canada and Tuscaloosa (correct my spelling)
Fact 3: Tornadoes EF's do not depend on size or damage, but on wind speed, they become an EF1 when the wind speeds go over 73 MPH.
Fact 4: Tornadoes can happen in any part of the world except Antarctica.
Fact 5: Tornadoes are rated - like all natural disasters - with EF's like Hurricanes have their Catagories. These EF's mesure up to EF5 (wind speed over 300 MPH), an EF6 tornado still has to be recorded.
Fact 6: Although in Canada tornadoes are most frequent, they only once had an EF5.
Fact 7: The worst part for tornadoes, even though they are not as frequent as Canada's tornadoes (above), is Oklahoma.
Fact 8: Tornado alley is home for up to more than 700 tornadoes each year. Great for storm chasers.
Fact 9: Supercells are not a type of tornado, but you can have tornadic ones which are weaker than tornadoes, meaning they pull things up, but not fully to the eye, they are known for their thunderstorms and their beauty.
Fact 10: Dustdevils, waterspouts, and landspouts are the weakest kind of tornadoes, I've ran into a dustdevil before, though dustdevils are smaller, they can still do damage and even lift someone up a metre or two.
