1.12 3D textures

Well this is my first Blog and i have more of a question for all those texture makers and modellers out in the pmc community as ii have a bit of a problem, I noticed that the bed.json for head and bottom file is no longer a block model, from what i've read it is a block entity, which means i can not change the 3D model of the bed back to my original 3D Poster bed. I do know that i can change the look of the textures with in the texture folder but that's my last resort if making the Model for the bed is no longer possible.

I hope some one can help with this as it will help me big time.

you can still edit it as an item though, but not the placed model

The bed model is hardcoded into the game now, meaning you cannot change the model..
