New updates are both good and bad. They are good cause of new stuff, and bad cause the first week until everything else is updated frikkin sucks. I can't go on minecraft servers, use mods, or anything. It's sort of really annoying.

I think that when a new update is released, they should just give out the .jar file, not make everything update, as if it were more a pre-release. Then, mods and servers have time to update, and then in a week, everyone is finally forced to update! ^.^
