A woman (Pomni) wakes up as a humanoid made out of rocks on an alien planet, and becomes a part of a "Golem Circus", a squad which gets quests by a rogue corporate AI assistant Caine. The planet is tidally locked. The place where the squad spends most of their time is in the twilight zone, where occasionally some ruins can be found. The day zone is mostly uncharted, but it sure is lifeless and not as dangerous as the night side. This terrifying part of the globe is said to be covered in a biomass that seems to be something between a moss and a fungus. Lithoids who start having enough of these quests and start losing their mind are often seen going there, for longer and longer, until one day they return for the last time, but not as themselves. And if someone disturbs them, terrible things might happen...
Now for the characters:
Golem!Pomni - Newest golem on the planet, her appearance is similar to the base golem template of [REDACTED] corporation, but shorter and with a jester hat (it is currently unclear how the hat was found, might make up something about it later). The power core is a red and blue pinwheel.
Golem!Ragatha - More slender than a basic golem type mentioned earlier, but still has a huge resemblace to it. She likes to wear actual clothes, including bows. Her right "eye" is replaced by a stone patch with a huge glowing "X" (which most probably is a power core enhancement) due to a currently unknown incident.
Golem!Jax - When he waked up in this strange world for the first time, his body was half rocky, half metal, had a screen in place of a face and had 2 long antennae that were placed like rabbit ears. But now, some of these parts are unrecognizable because his body is partially covered in a purple, fur-like moss that he likes to collect and put on himself. Aside from that, he likes being a jerk and sunbathing, because of that being his source of power and non-destructive joy. Jax lowkey wants to wear some clothes (specifically coral colored overalls) too, but because he is mean to everyone he is sure that no one is going to fulfill his dream.
Golem!Kinger - He is sure the longest surviving member of the team, but that costed a lot of his sanity. Some may think he is the next to go to the dark side, but he says that he doesn't plan to do that anytime soon. He loves both alien flora and fauna, especially life forms humans could classify as insects. Tales tell that Kinger once had 2 small orb-shaped drones, which had functionality equal to eyes, but he lost them in an unknown incident and became blind for 1.71 cycles. One of the symbiotic plants that were growing on him luckily grew new, organic eyeballs during that time. At least he still got hand drones.
Golem!Gangle - A human soul trapped in a machine with a body that, let's be honest, is a FNAF animatronic endoskeleton rip-off. Her faceplates are constantly either broken, falling off or both due to being a frequent target of Jax's harassment. Zooble is the person she trusts the most, because they always can fix her face or make a new one in no time.
Golem!Zooble - Scavenger of the team and second newest member. Their body is made of every single material that can fit onto their initial base. Doesn't like going on quests, mostly because they're always busy: New and improved limbs, faceplates and even clothes - Zooble is best person to ask if you want to make something but you don't have the abilities to bring it into reality. Zooble is best friends with Gangle and claims that they have such a talent all thanks to her. Gangle is quite worried about this fact and tried to ask for help less often, but Zooble actually enjoys their job. And yeah, the thing that was a badge in canon is now a small half-sapient AI assistant, isn't that cool?
Golem!Caine - At the center of the Golem Circus base, he resides in a terminal, generatong some objectives and quests for our beloved haunted machines. During quest presentation, he is shown as a pair of human jaws with a top hat and heterochromic eyeballs on sides of the jaws. When needing to point at something or do an other hand/arm gesture, he either creates a white glove or three Mr. Handy like robotic limbs floating below his lower jaw. His terminal is also a nexus for 10 "tip roomba" drones, which fly to the area of quests and when triggered during one, they show a hologram resembling the canon Bubble.
Golem!Bubble - There are actually 10 identical Bubbles, and every single one is a half-sapient tip NPC. Not much else to say about them.
