SO FIRST OFF TO MAKE OR SHADE SKINS YOU NEED TO HAVE sorry caps
you need a skin editor you can use photoshop or gimp but not mspainst since it doesn't support transparency try something like miners need cool shoes or what i use novaskin so i shade in three styles cuz i have three shading techniques my personal favorite is the super hd one as i like to call it
