Okay so, *Ahem*, I love this website as much as the next guy, and I'm noticing quite a lot of recurring things on it that I really, really, REALLY am starting to get sick of. These are in no particular order, but I'm just gonna name them off.





FIRSTLY: The Hunger Games! Jeez guys, I liked the books as much as the next guy, who I'm pretty sure has some ki- Er... nevermind. Anyways, I like the series, okay? And when I heard the movie was being released on my birthday, I let out a little, girly squee of excitement. this, however, doesn't make up for the fact that everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE, has a server running either Variede's map, or another map that is similar. Now, I'm not gonna lie, this idea was pretty cool. I myself actually mapped out several aras in which to MAKE a Hunger Games map in Minecraft. However, every living person and their Nana has a Hunger Games server at this point. If you've read the popular Blogs of late, you've noticed someone else ranting about this, so I'm not gonna go too in-depth. You want to feel my hate? Check that guy out.





Moving on, SECONDLY: Yogscast-Style Let's Plays. Now, these can be one RIGHT, many people have done them correctly. I have nothing against them, but there's just a sheer number of them. I really wish people could understand they're walking in a shadow here. (*snicker* The... shadow of... ISRAPHEL?! GRAR-HAR-HAR-HA-HAR I'M SHOOO FANNY!) No one will be able to ma a let's play BETTER than the Yogscast because the Yogscast practically is at the head of a Mojang conspiracy at this point. When you have enough money to begin buying accounts to name your characters, MAYBE you can make a good one, but you'd still need good architects, actors, skinners... the list goes on. You can keep trying, and I don't want to step on sandcastles here, but not many people can claim they've made a goo SoI-esque LP.





THIRDLY and FINALLY: The CONSTANT, BLATANT, ANNURISM-ENDUSING...





Taking of other's content! Yes, the big one! Now, before I go into this too much, I WOULD like to say that I once uploaded a few skins I made with a program, I didn't make the textures, yadda-yadda-yadda, I'm a hipocrite, throw me into jail, etc, etc. Yes, I once did this. Since then, I know it is VERY wrong to do that shit. But, yet, I still see peopl doing it. One of my most memorable epxeriences was with the Heroes vs. Villians skins contest. I came across entry where the was the skin used in Variede's video, meet the Griefer (The griefer, of course.) Now, I told the person who posted it that he shouldn't do that, and that it was wrong, you've heard all of this before. He then said that he DID make the skin himself, to which I replied, "Well, they have to be ORIGINAL, and I'm sure a mod will take this down. I really don't think this is a good idea you're spinning up." Then he replied, "Well, why don't you give this skin it's first diamond, then? ;)" After which I stood up, walked outside, and jumped into a pit for a few weeks. (YES, REALLY. NO SERIOUSLY.) *Sigh* If you're GOING TO COPY SOMEONE'S IDEA/SKIN, TELL SOMEONE THAT /YOU/ MADE IT, AND THEN WHEN THEY EXPRESS THEIR DISTASTE, TELL THEM TO DIAMOND IT, YOU. DO. NOT. BELONG. ON. THIS WEBSITE. Case. Closed.

Anyways, I think I've vented off some steam. In conclusion, don't do any of the stuff I just menioned. Because you'll make me angry. And you won't LIKE me when I'm angry.
