Steve held the torch in his hand eager to see what was ahead of him. Heading along into the dark deep cave trusty pick axe in hand Steve thought he heard something behind him. The sound of bones clanking together, scared out of his mind, Steve digs into the wall using his trusty iron pick axe which he enchanted some sort of unbreaking enchantment over. As quickly as he dug into the side of the cave wall he covered it using stone that was freshly mined. “Please don’t hear me” Steve said with a hint of fear in his voice, thinking to himself “the one day I forget my sword and this happens.” Steve waited eagerly for the sound to pass not wanting to deal with what came with that terrifying sound that sends chills down your back every time you hear it. Sure that the sound had passed Steve Took out his pick axe once more and dug out the stone he had just placed, peeked around the corner where the sound had passed to, then went on his way down the cave carefully passing by an old pocket of lava that had flown into a small stream of water in the cave. Steve looked closely down the cave and thought he saw something light up so he went straight towards the supposed light and found some beautiful Redstone to himself he said “this will do perfectly for my piston door” and started to mine it. As he mined the red piece of rock he saw a shimmer of glowing light behind it. It was a room behind the wall. Steve mined out the rest of the wall to make space for him to get through and suddenly he saw where the light was illuminating from. A beautiful pocket of the most magnificent diamonds he had ever lay his weary eyes upon, quickly yet not to quickly as he felt the need to cherish this moment in his heart and mind he pulled out his pick axe and started to slowly chip away the stone and reveal that it wasn’t just one or two diamonds but a whole vein of diamonds! He was so excited that he chipped away faster than he thought and pulled out all five diamonds from the vein but he noticed something behind them, something that shouldn’t have been down there. A manmade wall, a wall of cobblestone and covered in moss but Steve new what that meant. When moss and cobblestone are found in a deep dark cave it has always been a tomb left by an unknown ancient, not so much a tomb but more of a dungeon. The ancients had always left treasure inside them but to protect their treasures of sorts they placed a special protection stone. One they enchanted with chants that would echo out forever through the stone. This enchantment called forth the undead when anything living that threatened their treasure came near it. Steve knew of this but let his curiosity get the best of him as he mined out the old crumbling wall that stood between him and a very old treasure and very strong danger. The wall fell as Steve looked inside he saw the chest that held the ancient loot. He stepped into the room and opened the chest, there inside the chest was a beautiful sight of diamonds and emerald gold covered apples which were blessed with the power to regenerate your wounds and heal yourself quite quickly. No sooner did Steve take all of the treasure did he hear whispers. It was the ancients’ enchantments over the stone the sound turned his blood cold as he turned around he saw the most terrifying sight he could have imagined. Three rotting stinking flesh hungry corpses of ancient dead standing there alive as can be staring right into his eyes with the black sockets that used to be theirs. Frozen in fear Steve knew he had to think fast so he took out his pick axe and hit one of the undead in the head and grabbed his pick axe and dashed past the other two and made it to the hole. As Steve was crawling the hole as fast as he could one of the rotting corpses grabbed his leg, Steve scared out of his mind, kicked rapidly and managed to free himself from the angry undeads grip and as fast as he could stood up and ran. He ran until he was out of breath and then some he ran until he got out the cave and into the safety of his home behind his reinforced doors and he sat down on his couch and took everything out of his miners pack and he lie down on his bed and slept better than he did in years knowing he was able to put those diamonds to good use tomorrow.
