As I look around on the servers that the world of minecraft has to offer, I feel that all I see is massive servers that thrive on massive amounts of plugins such as Factions, iConomy, Lokkette, anit-grief, and the list is never ending. Many of these servers seem to have almost hundreds of players on at the same time. This feels almost overcrowded with a chat box filled with never ending messages and spam going across your screen when you are just trying to play. Many of these servers require being whitelisted, and not many people want to go through the application process. Today, it can be very hard to find a quality server that is easy to get into that isnt filled with countless rules and guidelines.

I am in no way trying to hate on these types of servers. They can be very successful and lots of people seem to enjoy them, but its just not for me .

I often miss the early stages of minecraft. A time when there was no limits on what you can do. A time when the game was simple and easy to play, but yet still very entertaining. I feel that many of these servers and plugins are trying to make the game something its not. What made minecraft such a great game was its simplicity. The graphics arent amazing, there isnt an elaborate story behind it, its just fun because of its simplicity. There is no end, there is always something new to create, the only limit is your own imaginatiom.

This is why CreamCraft was created. It was created to bring back that classic feel of minecraft that many of us fell in love with. MooMooFishCakes and I are trying to bring back that feeling of originality on our server, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Thank you.
