A Weird Bug (Need Help)

Can someone please tell me if this is a bug or what, in the picture, I was building a new parkour map, and then this happened, it was like i was in the void, and the sky was black, it was scary! I have been playing a lot of Slender lately, maybe slender is hacking my computer. Also, my cheats turned off, I didn't do that, it changed on its own, can somebody explain this?

hmmm ... It might have accidentally registered how close it was to the void ... since a flat world is told to not emit particle effects due to how close it is to the void, It might have registered the world as a default ... were you using NBT.edit or another type of program at the time?

MCedit might have accidentally done that ... I suggest maybe reinstall MCedit or use World edit to save a schematic version of what you have so far then paste it into a new world ...
