A world, the complete opposite of our own. A corrupt government rules Utopia. A huge wall surrounds the country, many people have speculated the reason of it. To keep the enemies out. Or the people in. There is only one way in. And that is if you're granted membership. Utopia, almost everyone has a job. Homelessness is at an all time low of 2%. Crime is at its highest in years at a large number of 25%. Everyone thinks Utopia is good. Until a fireman, starts to ask questions for the first time, and learns the cruel truth of Utopia, and how it really is working. Utopia's modo, "Kill the bad bloodline, and create a loyal one. Use intimidation to your advantage."
