(The Museum)*
In the living room Martin sat down to watch television. He switched towards the news channel.
On the news was a broadcast about a new exhibit of ancient Greek and ancient Roman mythology
in the Natural History Museum. The curator of the museum, Magnus Rutledge, was being interviewed
by a journalist about the exhibit.
"As you can see here, we have a newly discovered gemstone depicting the final stage of Athena's curse
on Arachne; the transformation into a spider. As she challenged Athena to a weaving contest and had
no flaws in her tapestry. Enraged by this, as mortals like Arachne should have no equal footing to the gods,
so this curse of her being transformed into a spider was placed upon her. This Amethyst Spider is probably
the most valuable of the Athena's mythology collection."
After the news section was done Martin's girlfriend Sandra came walking in their hom after her work.
"Hey honey," Sandra said, as she kissed him. "What's for dinner?"
"Green chili vermicilli," Martin said. "I just have to heat it up. It'll be done in thirty minutes."
Walking into the kitchen he began to cook the meal for the both of them.
"Sweetheart, I've seen that they have a new exposition in the museum about Roman and Greek mythology,
I think we should go," Martin said while stirring the pot. "It could be interesting."
"Sure, let's go this weekend," Sandra said. She then set the table for the two of them, as Martin was nearly
finished cooking.

In the papers a young woman named Mallory Vincent read about the new exhibition of the Greek and Roman
mythology the museum has. "...estimated value of the Amethyst Spider $8.000.000." Interested in this exhibit
as well she called up her old friend Shirley Roy.
"Hello Shirley, it's me Mal," Mallory said. "It has been a long time since we got together. I think we ought to
meet up again, maybe go to the museum?"
"Oh, hey Mal. I don't know," Shirley said reluctant. "A museum is kind of boring and not really my thing."
"Oh, come on Shirley it'll be like old times. Us two together again."
"That what worries me. I know how you can get Mallory."
'But aren't those the most fun times and the most rewarding Shirley?"
"True, it would be fun to meet up again. Maybe we should."
"We definitely should, it will be very rewarding. Meet me this Saturday at the Museum of Natural History.
From there we will have fun like the good old days."
"Alright. I will see you there."
After Shirley hung up the phone, she had a bad feeling about the situation. "Hopefully it will not fully
be like the old days," Shirley thought to herself.

The Museum of Natural History's new exhibition on the ancient mythologies drew in quite the crowd.
Together with his girlfriend Sandra, Martin looked around at the mosaics and statues pertaining Greek
mythology. They stopped at a statue of Andromeda, a princess chained to the rocks to be intended as
a sacrifice to a sea monster after her mother made the god Poseidon mad, but soon went to the display
of the Athena mythologies. There they saw the gemstone of the Amethyst Spider.
But as soon as they went there the fire alarm began to ring and they had to evacuate the museum.
"You okay sweetie?" Martin asked to Sandra as soon as they were outside.
"Yeah. I'm fine." Sandra replied.
They watched from a distance as firetrucks pulled up and started investigating where the fire could be.
But they found nothing. However the curator Magnus noticed that the Amethyst Spider was missing.
So Magnus called the police and the detective Theo Bensen came over to view the security tapes.
On there he saw Martin with his girlfriend Sandra and Mallory as the three closest before it went missing.
He saw what seemed like Martin's hand grabbing the gem and putting it away. With that knowledge he
went to Martin's house and rang his bell. Martin opened and saw the detective.
"Martin Bel?," Theo said.
"Yes?" Martin responded "What is this about?"
The detective handed Martin a warrant and searched through his pockets to find the Amethyst Spider there.
"You are under arrest for the theft of the Amethyst Spider."

Does that mean he actually found it there? Or did he search but it wasn't there per say? 🤔
