Adding Wands to Minecraft?

Hello everyone! Ive been wondering about how minecraft can get pretty boring so I thought, "Why not make a new weapon??" So I went to a random web site that lets you craft whatever you want and I came up with the Wand Of Teleportation. This is probably in a mod but I did not get this idea from any one! So the wand would have 35 uses/durability and once you right click while aiming on any mob, it randomly teleports them somewhere. However, you cannot use it on any bosses (Dragon or Wither). So I hope you like this idea because I think its creative and would add a 'twist' to minecraft! This is the recipe if you cant see the picture: A= nothing B= stick C= Ender Pearl

I said any mob, not player. It is also a survival feature so yeah.
