That day lingered in my head every since he left. I swore to head towards the blank part of the map to discover what had happened to Jordan. I set foot for days, only finding more and more forestry and caverns. Just a few days ago, I had come across a large town across the horizon. I ran towards it, carrying only my map in my hands. As I approached the lone city, I saw nobody. Empty houses, with closed doors. Broken and destroyed homes and fire scattered across the town.
I eased across the town to find an empty plot of land in which I built my own home. I placed the finished touches on my house to hear a creaking noise right behind me. I eased my sword and turned around with haste. "I don't mean any trouble! Please!" said the person. I set my sword down and said "Who are you?" The person still gazed in fear at me and was shivering. "I.....I'm Jonathan...." said backing off of me. I took a careful look at him.
Short hair; tall; ripped armor. He looked like he was very poor. There was one thing peculiar about him. I couldn't put my finger on it. But I eased up the question, "Do you know a person who goes by Jordan around here?" He then eased a map out and he then looked much calmer. "You must be Anthony. Jordan wasn't expecting you to come this soon. Here's his address." I put the map up to the light to see he just lived down the road.
I then took my belongings, and headed towards his home. I passed by many interesting, very simplistic homes. And then, I came across a very modern, wool structured home. Jordan was always a good builder, I thought in my head. I eased my hand to the door, but heard a cry from the back of the home. "Help! Help!" I dropped my belongings and ran to the back of the house. I saw a ghastly fire grazing from the back of his home, and to see Jordan hanging on the slightest piece of wool right above the fire. I didn't know what to do! I jumped over the fence and ran into the blazing fire that now consumed me.......
