Hello everyone, AnimeFanFTW here, with another interview blog, and today, I interviewed another famous skinner on PMC, Meggles!

AnimeFan - Hello Meggles, how are you today? :D
Meggles - i'm pretty good ^ -^ how about yourself?
AF - I'm going good myself, just getting over a cold. xD
And thank you for taking your time to be interviewed. :D
So, to start off, how did you discover PlanetMinecraft?
M - I found planetminecraft a couple years back from a friend i had on a minecraft server. She offered to make me a custom skin and told me she would have it for me on her page. I joined a few months after that / u
AF - Ah nice. Friends helping friends is amazin. :D
How about Minecraft?
M - minecraft was introduced to me by my brother, and at first glance i wasn't too interested in it. ^ ^;
but soon enough i got hooked on playing the old classic servers, and at that point it was probably one of my favorite games x)
AF - Sounds exactly like how I discovered it! Except for the whole servers thing. xD
So, what made you want to post content, because your skins look amazing. ;o;
M - eeep ; v; it was that same person whom introduced me to the website that inspired me to start making skins. ^ -^ I actually ended up knowing a few other people from servers who made skins on planetminecraft as well and it just seemed like everyone was having fun with creating them and showing them off on the server. Looking back almost three years now, I wouldn't have guessed I'd end up learning so much about colors and design just from minecraft skinning, I feel like it's helped me improve my digital art also. > u<
AF - Sounds like you have alot of fun making skins. Glad to hear that. ^-^
So, what made you play Minecraft? What do you find fun about it?
M - I love adventuring, going around collecting items, exploring caves, and occassionally building things -although i wouldn't really consider myself a pro at it. Oh, and also the blocky-ness is pretty neat too / u
AF - I also like the blockyness. It's so pixelly. xD
So, other then Minecraft, your favorite video games?
M - Oh gosh, pretty much all things nintendo, Zelda, Super Mario, Pokemon, Kirby, (...etc) which basically sums up my childhood (':
But the most recent games I've been playing are RuneFactory 4 and The Witcher 3 <333 whichiswhyican'tgetanythingdone oops
AF - Ah, alot of gaming franchises I haven't played. xD
Speaking of Nintendo, how are you taking the news of CEO and President of Nintendo, Satoru Iwata, dying? ;-;
M - Aaah I was really shocked when I heard. It breaks my heart because in my opinion, that man was legendary in the gaming industry. He had such a creative mind = ^=
AF - Agreed. I didn't even grow up with Nintendo games, and I still think this is a sad month for gaming. :(
Anyway, let's lighten the mood.
Why did you choose Meggles as your PMC name?
M - I just wanted something super simple, so I choose Meggles because it's a nickname for my irl name x)
AF - Ah, nice. If only my PMC name was super simple. xD
Now, your favorite anime?
M - Zero No Tsukaima ^ -^
the main character is a Tsundere, which is probably why I enjoyed it so much, hahah
AF - Hmm, never heard of it. Might watch it later. xD
Anyway, what are your favorite PMC Members and Youtubers?
M - For PMC members content-wise I would saay~ Steelfeathers, Teddy, KnobleKnives, lantosyt, Kefka, Oblivion, Hooli, Vanillamint, ScarletBox, and just so so so many more > u<
Two of my favorite Youtubers are AVGN, Markiplier, and I actually got to see them both at pax this year ; u;
AF - Oh wow, you got to meet Markiplier!?!
Damn, I'm so jealous. xD
Anyway, what's your most favourite PMC Submission you've made, and your favourite made by someone else?
M - ah oh gosh ; -;
my favorite pmc submission of mine is either BonBon or Hatsune Miku
and my favorites by someone else is MCSkin3D by Paril (for obvious reasons ; 7;) and Dragon Dance by Steelfeathers because i use it as my main texture pack ^ -^
AF - Ah, another person said MCSkin3D. xD
Also, I prefer your Hatsune Miku skin. So amazing. ;o;
What is your favourite song, and genre of music?
M - Hmm.. I don't have a favorite song in particular, but I really enjoy EDM and most of the artists on Monstercat <33 (great music for gaming! ;D)
but besides that I'm also a fan of metal, rock, and kpop ^- ^
AF - Yeeees, so many genres I'm a fan of! :D
And MonsterCat too! An excellent taste in music. xD
What is your favorite block and mob from Minecraft?
M - adshgkghlk; pumpkin block<33 and as for mob, The Wither~
AF - Ah, good choices. The Wither is so flipping epic. xD
If a newbie needed advice on PMC, what advice would you give this newbie?
M - read the rules and follow them! thats the best advice i have (':
AF - Short and simple. xD
Now time for my random question: Do you like scary movies?
M - oh gosh yes i dooo. I really like the Japanese and Korean horror movies because they have some of the scariest/twisted scenes I've seen ; u;
AF - Now I really want to watch Japanese/Korean horror movies...but I'm the biggest wimp I know...
Umm...anyway. xD
Have any future plans for PMC?
M - Aah well I may be planning something but i dont really want to spoil anything just yet ^_~
