Armor Stand Centered Head Shelf- Tutorial

This is a really neat trick I dscovered using fences.  It lets you align an armor stand's head with the middle of two blocks, allowing you to put heads on double shelves.



Step 1-  Create this layout.



Step 2- Add water and let the armor stand flow into the fence post.


Step 3- Pick up the water, then quickly break the fence post.  Then, break the water guides.


Step 4- Without breaking the blocks directly below the stand, replace the blocks two below with half-slabs.


Step 5- Break the blocks below the stand and let it fall onto the slabs.  Then, place your head of choice on the armor stand.


Step 6- Place two pistons (regular) with blocks on their faces facing the "chest" of the armor stand.


Step 7- Power and unpower the pistons to push the blocks into the stand.


Step 8- break your piston assembly and fill in the hole.


Step 9- Build a decorative shelf and voila! you have yourself a nice centered armor stand double head shelf (thing)
