Asking for op (rant)

Server owners allways get these people coming on the server and asking "can i have op" and it gets realy annoying. Sometimes people find an excuse to have op like, i'm a plugin dev or i was an owner i can help and most new servers just op people and are blind untill its too late and the server is griefed. And when some one comes on and says " This server's dumb" it makes me ANGRY to see that, because its hard to make a server for everyone and too make it fun its HARD.

Thanks for reading this rant its makes me angry when these people come on and ruin the servers atmosphere.
