Bad Mods

So I been playing on a server with some bad mods. I go on this server to cool down after my server goes crazy and people are fighting. So I go on the server and just start talking to people, building my house. Then a guy gets off my server and joins this server. He is an op(mod) on this server. Of course I did not check chat logs before I got on this server. Chat log says "Youve been muted from chat." I have no clue of whats going on and then I get jailed. I check my chat log and someone told off this mod. I had nothing to do with it but im the one taking the punishment. Now I dont go to this server for this mod. That is an example of a bad mod.
