Banner maker need

I have a server called zingopvp 24.131.252.49:25565. I really need a banner because i know most server with out banner are not look and and don't become popular on pmc. I try to make a banner but my photoshop doesn't work at all and when my friend try they don't know how to get it the right size so please I need help.
